Transport company modernizes with customer EDI order process automation.

Halls Refrigerated Transport operates a fleet of 300 trucks and 15 depots to move diverse products ‘on time and on temperature’. Halls used mainly manual processes to process customers’ orders and needed to move to EDI.

Flow EDI provides automated e-mail links from customers directly into Hall’s transport management system reducing processing time from hours to a few minutes. Additionally Halls uses Flow to integrate their internal systems.
