David has led the team at Flow software for over 9 years, creating the foundation for a successful business and is leading the charge to become a high-growth business in NZ and Australia. He has degrees in IT and Management and over 25 years experience in leadership roles.
David has built Flow’s culture and values to be people and customer led, and his vision for the business keeps him excited for the next stage of Flow’s growth.

Mike is a seasoned CEO whose natural curiosity, thought leadership, and infectious optimism combine into a formidable talent for delivering actionable strategies, unexpected partnerships and dynamic collaborations.
Mike holds Board positions for a number of high-growth NZ companies expanding overseas. He is the Deputy Chair for ExportNZ and has frequently participated in the judging for the New Zealand High Tech Awards, Export Awards and Amcham awards.

For the last 15 years, Craig has built deep expertise in data processing and integration. Craig has built and scaled an online platform from the first brainstorming workshop to 80 SME and Enterprise customers. Craig has been involved in the Flow journey for over 10 years, going from user to consultant to technical lead and now CTO. He’s excited to be leading the scale out of the Statelake integration platform and continuing to create new features that add business and customer value.

Andrew is a seasoned Tech Sales Professional with global experience selling in Europe, UK and APAC and he is responsible for New Business and Account Management at Flow Software.
Over the last 9 years Andrew has been a pivotal part of Flow’s growth and culture, with a focus on “customer first” always!

Anthony has been at Flow Software for over 12 years in various roles in Professional Services and Account Management.

He loves the variety of working with different people, projects and systems everyday.
He enjoys meeting new clients and helping them get the most of their integration software investments using his business and technical expertise.

Kevin has been at Flow Software 14 years and counting. He’s always been in professional services/delivery focused roles.
Kevin loves the ever-changing clients and projects he gets to be a part of. The ‘most memorable’ would be configuring Flow at Paslode NZ onsite in their “server closet” in freezing cold conditions (without a jacket because it was summer, and it was hot outside).

With over 20 years of global enterprise technology delivery experience, John is set to drive exceptional value for our customers at every stage of their journey.

He’ll be working closely with our customer success and professional services teams, and our partners in Australia and New Zealand to enhance the Flow Software experience.

Jason brings a wealth of expertise to our team with over 20 years of experience driving growth for organisations across various industries.

He’ll be leading our sales and business development efforts in Australia, helping us expand our reach, and build our market presence.
